Last release had two dev-preview epics related to enhanced filtering:

NETOBSERV-2027 (agent-based multi filters and sampling)
NETOBSERV-1691 (tail/flp-based filters and sampling)

This epic is to make them GA, with docs & QE completed, and fix any issue or missing use case that would be found meanwhile.
