Console table rows height are inconsistent

      Description of problem:

      console seems to refresh contents when point to columns 
see attached pictures 
pic1 is when console starts 
pic3 after start to point to console

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open network traffic page
2. Go to table tab
3. Move the mouse around

      Actual results:

      Row height is changing

      Expected results:

      Row height should be fixed
