      Description of problem:

      oc-netobserv needs user to have yq version >= v4.43.1 to run

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install latest netobserv-cli having older yq installed
2. Run oc-netobserv flows command

      Actual results:

      Command fails with error unknown flag: --filter

      Expected results:

      Command should run and flows should be observed on terminal
