      Netobserv konflux pipeline now generates FBC with deterministic tag "latest". for e.g.:  quay.io/redhat-user-workloads/ocp-network-observab-tenant/netobserv-operator/network-observability-operator-fbc:latest

       

      We should update our backend and frontend test suite to use this index image as opposed to QE index image (qe-app-registry)
