We need to make a decision on whether it is acceptable to pick a version of OpenShift where pf5 is supported and declare that the version of NetObserv adopting pf5 will only be supported on that level of OpenShift and higher.   This is the preferred approach - not support features in versions of NetObserv using pf5 will not be backported to versions based on pf4.
