CSV export is broken

      Previously, the "Export data" link from the Traffic flows view did not work as intended, generating empty CSV reports.
      With this patch, the export feature is restored, generating non-empty CSV data.

      Description of problem:

      I just tried to export the flow logs CSV and got an empty file (just 3 empty columns: TimeFlowStart/End/Received) 

I retried without selecting all fields => same problem. Even when only selecting source name

      I was using a dev build, it might worth retry with a release build.
