      Description of problem:

      CLI version for latest released version shows 1.6.1 community instead of 1.7

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Download CLI from mirror registry https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/file/pub/cgw/netobserv/1.7.0-67/oc-netobserv-amd64
2. Run oc-netobserv version

      Actual results:

      1.6.1-community-65-g1f8b565a

      Expected results:

      1.7
