Allow CLI to filter by namespace or owner (even any enriched field if possible).

We should investigate ways to filters these.

The most efficient would be to list IPs matching these criterias before running the capture but this could miss some flows if pods are created in between or if secondary networks are involved.

An alternative could be to filter post enrichment but the resource impact will be higher.
