Allow netobserv CLI to run in the background.

We need to investigate about ways to disconnect / reconnect while the agents / collector are still running.

Once the maximum capture byte / time is reached, the agents needs to be destroyed while the collector will remain up to let the user copy the output locally before removing it too.
