      Description of problem:

      ebpf agent crashes when flowFiltering is enabled on 1.7.0 latest downstream build

      OCP: 4.17.0-0.nightly-2024-09-25-131159
      NetObserv operator: v1.7.0
      Loki: 0-click-loki
      eBPF-agent: v1.7.0-52
      FLP: v1.7.0-52
      ConsolePlugin: v1.7.0-52

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Configure flowFilter as:
        agent:
          ebpf:
            advanced:
              env:
                DNS_TRACKING_PORT: '5353'
            flowFilter:
              action: Accept
              cidr: 0.0.0.0/0
              enable: true
              ports: '53,5353'
      

      Actual results:

      $ oc get pods -n netobserv-privileged
