      Description of problem:

      When flowcollector is deployed without loki, not all the conditions are ready and show error. The 2 errored ones being FLPParentReady and FLPMonolithReady and throw FLP errors

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy flowcollector with loki disabled

      Actual results:

      Not all conditions are ready for flowcollector readiness check

      Expected results:

      All conditions should be ready for flowcollector readiness check
