      Description of problem:

      FLP pods are in CLBO for latest downstream build (IIB: 1.7.0-66)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy above IIB build operator version
2. Deploy flowcollector

      Actual results:

      FLP pods in CLBO

      Expected results:

      FLP pods should come up fine
