CLI pcap ng enrichment data is wrongly set

      Description of problem:

      Currently, CLI uses interface field to inject enrichment

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. oc netobserv packets
2. check pcapng output file

      Actual results:

      All the packets are pointing the same Interface

      Expected results:

      Each packet should have independent enrichment info. Ideally we should define new fields instead of hacking an existing one
