Use korrel8r API to provide integration with other tools (logging, tracing, etc.), contextual to a k8s resource.

Korrel8r should be able to provide links to other console plugins for a given resource.

We should integrate those links in our views:

• In the Traffic flows table, for each row, add a menu that contains external links to any available service provided by korrel8r
• In the Topology view, on a selected node / side panel, add also that menu

Korrel8r might provide data for any kind of element: pod, service, deployment, namespace, ...
