Description of problem:
TCP flags displayed in the console plugin are only showing the atomic values (ie. when flows have only one packet it'll show that packet's flag, plus just a couple of combinations are managed) But flows that are more aggregated won't show the list of flags.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install netobserv with Loki and sampling 1 2. Add the TCP flags column in Traffic flows table 3. Search for flows / scroll down if needed, you'll likely see some TCP flags without name (just the value)
Expected results:
Always show the full list of values
