Since https://github.com/netobserv/network-observability-console-plugin/pull/589 introduced /status endpoint, we should consider adding this in the bottom bar with an icon showing ok / ko icon and access to the details (maybe in a new side panel or existing query summary one).

Also, the configuration section in query summary could contain link to FlowCollector CR introduced in the same PR
