Black popup when hovering over "One way"

      In Observe > Network Traffic, hover over the up arrow to the left of the "One way" link (right side).  If you don't see this, click "Reset defaults".  A black popup window appears.

            There is no empty black pop-up when hovering on One-way or Back-and-Forth. Now the pop shows text related to the button. Works as expected!
