Disable filter becomes enabled when going back to Network Traffic panel

      In OpenShift web console, Observe > Network Traffic, create a filter such as Source Name = dns.  Click the filter to disable it.  Move to another panel.  Go back to Observe > Network Traffic.  The filter is enabled.
