Enabling pktDrop feature using prom only brings up an error by default in the overview page

1. Create a fresh Flow Collector with
   - loki disabled
   - Packet Drop feature enabled
2. Open Network traffic page

Overview tab is showing the following error:
Can't build query: this request requires any of the following metric(s) to be enabled: workload_ingress_packets_total, workload_egress_packets_total. Metrics can be configured in the FlowCollector resource via 'spec.processor.metrics.includeList'. Alternatively, you may also install and enable Loki

Overview panels should default to what's available only.
