Add graph to show % of CPU and memory used by Network Observability

      In Observe > Dashboards, NetObserv / Health selection, add a graph to show the percentage of CPU and memory usage by Network Observability with respect to overall utilization.

      It should show the % CPU and memory usage by FLP, eBPF agent, Loki if used, Kafka if used, Prometheus, and overall Network Observability.
