eBPF flow filter: Unable to specify TCP and UDP protocols

      In v1.6.0, the eBPF flow filter feature supports only one protocol.  Therefore, it's not possible to support both TCP and UDP.  Many IANA-assigned ports are used for TCP and UDP, such as DNS (53), HTTP (80), NTP (123), and many more.
