Previously, when enabling the metric "workload_flows_total" instead of "namespace_flows_total", the health dashboard stopped showing namespaced flow charts. With this change, it still shows these charts, by querying the "workload_flows_total" metric.

    • NetObserv - Sprint 257

      Description of problem:

When configuring the metrics includeList with "workload_flows_total" instead of "namespace_flows_total", some of the charts of the health dashboard are empty as they explicitely use "namespace_flows_total".

They should adapt to the configuration context.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install netobserv and configure includeList with workload_flows_total (and not namespace_flows_total)
      2. Check the health dashboard
      3.
