Clear filter, but filter comes back in Network Traffic panel

      Previously, when clearing filters in the Console plugin, it happened sometimes that these filters came back after navigating to another page and coming back.
      Now filters don't unexpectedly reappear after they were cleared.

      Previously, when clearing filters in the Console plugin, it happened sometimes that these filters came back after navigating to another page and coming back. Now filters don't unexpectedly reappear after they were cleared.

      Go to Observe > Network Traffic. Click "Clear all".  Set a filter.  Delete the filter.  Move to a different panel.  Come back to Observe > Network Traffic.  The filter comes back.
