Topology: "step into" is broken

Previously, in the Topology view of the console plugin, when clicking on the "Step into" icon next to any graph node, the filters were not applied as they should in order to set the focus to the selected graph node, resulting in showing a wide view of the Topology. Now the filters are correctly set, allowing to effectively narrow down the Topology. As part of this change, stepping into a Node now brings you to Resources scope instead of Namespaces scope.

      Description of problem:

In the topology view, clicking on a graph node "Step into" icon does not filter on that graph node. It does change the Scope, but without any filter.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install & deploy netobserv (I was in lokiless mode, but I don't think that matters)
      2. Open the topology view, click on "step into" arrow from any graph node
      3.

      Actual results:

      Unfiltered topology

      Expected results:

Topology filtered with the selected graph node
