Currently comparison spreadsheets have uuids have headers, however it's not easily identifiable to see what exactly uuid refers. We should update our pipelines to generate spreadsheets that has more context for the comparisons.

Possible ideas include:

• use operator bundle version
• use NOPE_JIRA parameter is present
• combination of both above.
