      Description of problem:

      ebpf-agent alert NetobservDroppedFlows firing intermittently even with default cacheMaxFlows of 100,000 without any workload traffic.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy 1.6 NOO and flowcollector
2. Let it run, watch NetobservDroppedFlows alert on Alerts page over a period
3.
