Description of problem:
Collector pod is not getting deployed for CLI due to image pull issues
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the rpm for build https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=3081536 2. Rename downloaded file extension from .rpm to .tar.gz 3. Extract the file 4. Run ./usr/bin/oc-netobserv flows
Actual results:
Collector pod does not come up and cli is cleaned up after waiting for sometime. PFA the screenshot for the events of collector pod
Expected results:
Flows should be captured and viewed on the terminal

Both collector / eBPF agent must be configurable by custom environment variable.
That is usefull for testing but also debugging in case of issues with customer environments
This will be seamless in the release with default downstream urls
