When generating / updating the operator bundle, the field webhookdefinitions.admissionReviewVersions in the CSV may sometimes show v1beta1 & v1beta2, and sometimes show just v1. It seems random.

The CI checking for bundle being up to date sometimes fail because of that: e.g: https://github.com/netobserv/network-observability-operator/actions/runs/9266534079/job/25490976085

I don't get why it would sometimes show up as "v1", we don't have any v1 afaik?
