In OCP console, when topology view page is visited after coming from a any other page of Console (for e.g.: ImageStreams), the filters are NOT applied and it shows view of entire cluster. However on next refresh filters are applied fine

1. Login as Admin or system:admin 
2. Deploy NOO v0.0.0-3e9c83b and Patch plugin image 1b91ab5 with Monolithic Loki
3. Login as non-admin testuser-1 in Console and get token for CLI for testuser-1
4. Deploy this yaml as testuser-1, oc create -f testserver.yaml
5. As system user, add testuser-1 to cluster-admin role 
oc adm policy add-cluster-role-to-user cluster-admin testuser-1 
6. As testuser-1 on OCP Console, stay on topology page with default filters.
7. As testuser-1, navigate to different page and come back to Network Traffic,, issue with topology show up.

filters are not applied when coming from a different page back to topology view.

filters should be applied right from the first time.
