Follow-up: manage drop metrics via prom

      Previously, packet drops information such as cause & TCP state was only available in Loki datasource and not in Prometheus. For that reason, the drop statistics in the console plugin overview was only available with Loki.
      Now, this information is also added to metrics, which allows viewing drops statistics when Loki is disabled.

      All drops stats are currently still using Loki and unsupported with prom; it should be possible to manage them (perhaps needs new metric creation? to check)
