NetObserv/Main dashboard has duplicate panels

      Description of problem:

      Main dashboard has duplicate names as seen in the screenshot below. Upon inspection, its seen that one of them is for Bytes and other is for Packets. So that needs to be updated in the panel names too

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy NetObserv operator
2. Deploy flowcollector with all metrics in includeList

      Actual results:

      Panels have duplicate names

      Expected results:

      All panel names should be unique
