    Description

      Description of problem:

       When upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6 NOO with flowcollector CRDdeployed

      Steps to Reproduce:

      0. Create catalogsource latest NOO 1.6 downstream bundle 
1. Deploy NOO 1.5 
2. Create flowcollector 
3. Edit subscription to point to 1.6 catalogsource as "source" 
4. NOO controller should go through restarts, followed by all component pods 
5. Do oc delete flowcollector/cluster

      Actual results:

       oc delete flowcollector/cluster just hangs and doesn't delete the CR completely

      Expected results:

       flowcollector CR should delete the CR

       

      Workaround: Deleting the finalizers from the CR helps with the deletion. Also this doesn't happen on 1.6.0-1 bundle but on the latest ones. More details on slack thread: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C02939DP5L5/p1710347578115939
