IPFIX flowlogs is broken with 1.6 version

      Description of problem:

      IPFIX exporter is broken with 1.6 version

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy NOO 1.6
2. Create IPfix collector 
oc apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Amoghrd/go-ipfix/9824e2ca2f171982a6882fad23aab8d67f605b61/build/yamls/ipfix-collector.yaml 
3. Create flowcollector with exporter config as:
  exporters:
  - ipfix:
      targetHost: ipfix-collector.ipfix.svc.cluster.local
      targetPort: 4739
      transport: TCP
    type: IPFIX 
4. In FLP logs find errors as:

time=2024-03-12T18:10:29Z level=error msg=Failed in send v4 IPFIX record component=write.Ipfix error=unable to find timeflowrtt in record

      Actual results:

      FLP is not able to export ipfix flowlogs

      Expected results:

      FLP should be able to write exporter logs
