This feature would add a new page in the ocp console that runs configuration checks - starting with a focus on virtual IPs, later extended to more domains

Why is this important?

Right now it's a black box on what's going on w.r.t Infrastructure running OCP. We have had plenty of customer requests to help them know their underneath infra better.
