NetObserv - Sprint 251, NetObserv - Sprint 252, NetObserv - Sprint 253
When an error occurs with Loki, in the console plugin we then try to reach the statusURL endpoint to fetch more information e.g. on config.
The default config for it, when using LokiStack, is broken and systematically returns a "certificate signed by unknown authority" error.
This is very misleading for users who often spend time trying to solve this certificate error while it's very secondary and distracts them from fixing the main error.
We should either fix the default config for status URL, and perhaps also not display the secondary error to avoid distracting users (it could be just written as console.error).
