Auth failures for Dittybopper/NOPE tool for upstream operator

    Description

      We are getting authentication errors when trying to use Dittybopper and the NOPE tool with the Upstream operator

      Current workaround is to set DOWNSTREAM_DEPLOYMENT in the operator CSV to true so we use openshift-monitoring but we should try to solve this nonetheless
