Currently, netflow traffic is limited to in-cluster traffic in ovn-k (ipfix export enable on br-int only).

We must investigate how to enable it for external traffic (ie. traffic from/to "outside" the cluster) , check the resulting flows (e.g. run some queries from local machine to cluster and capture the resulting flows), make sure the IPs match what we expect (e.g. local machine), and also see how we can safely identify these flows as cluster external ingress/egress. A future task will be, when external flows capture is enabled, to flag them as such in the netflow table, and provide quick filters on that.
