Description of problem:
In the health dashboard, the very last row showing operator reconcile rates/errors is broken after the controller split reafctoring
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install netobserv downstream build (1.5 candidate), or an upstream with running "make set-release-kind-downstream" 2. Open the netobserv health dashboard
