We should add more tests related to informers, typically we've found some issues not covered by tests e.g. when the ReplicaSets informer was not started, hence not playing its role of correlating Flows Owner fields.

Informers are currently tested as unit tests only, which leaves them with some gaps.

We can either setup envtest (like in operator) or use the existing e2e tests of FLP in that purpose.
