UI: Fix Flows' table filter UI behavior

      Observe the attached video:

      1st- when it suggests you an alias for a port, if you don't select it, there is no way to make the dropdown menu disappearing (neither clicking in the screen nor pressing escape). It hides the filters until you eventually select it.

      2nd- when you click on the "clear all filters" link, and the filters are cleared, the "clear all filters" link should also disappear.

      3rd- when you add and remove few times the same filter, it ends up adding an empty filter. Also, the text of the filter is kept in the background of the text input component.
