Semantic versioning for NOO

      The following images at quay.io use latest/main tagging and should use semantic versioning (e.g. v0.0.1):

      https://quay.io/repository/netobserv/network-observability-console-plugin?tab=tags

      This task should:

      • Setup CI/CD to tag the git repository and the involved Quay images upon request.
      • Make sure that the NOO bundle is shipped with the correct tags and points to the correct related images
      • Label appropriately the deployed pods (goflow-kube, console-plugin pods) with a new "version" label
