Epic Goal
- Enable the Ingress Operator to support the secret region SC2S in AWS
Why is this important?
- Right now we support OpenShift to run in the Top Secret region (C2S) in AWS but there is demand to get it supported in the Secret region (SC2S) as well. Ingress operator is not working with route53 in SC2S correctly and this is a requirement for IPI deployments to be supported on that region.
Acceptance Criteria
- CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
- Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
Dependencies (internal and external)
- Upgrade the aws-sdk go version for SC2S Route53
