Once we have the configmap sync to openshift-ingress namespace,  update router deployment to volume mount the config  map.

So ingress controller will have to check if the configmap is present in the openshift-ingress namespace and also if ingress controller has spec field HttpErrorCodePage populated with the configmap name and then update the deployment to have the config map mounted on the router volume
