Use the enhancement to get input from both NID Team and OSSM Team.

Key Areas to Focus on Are:

1. Handling of the Istio CRDs we need (DestinationRule, WASMPlugin, EnvoyFilter)
2. 4.21 --> 4.22 Migration Path
3. Downgrade Path (back to OLM and/or Sail Operator)
4. Payload items (charts/images) if applicable
5. What we expect from Sail Operator provided GO libraries
6. Explore risks and mitigations
