Adding an AGENTS.md file to both our repo cluster-ingress-operator, it would allow all agents a sense of direction to follow. The file should contain information specific for the repo, allowing the ai agent to index and gain a better understanding of the repo it is working within.

It is important that all NID team members review and contribute to this file to ensure not only ensure that the instructions are best reflected from all aspects but also to be aware of how the agents will use the file and what it understands
