      To support new PQC curves, the Cluster Ingress Operator needs to read from the TLSProfile Curves array the supported groups of Elliptic curves to use.

      ROUTER_CURVES is piped through OpenShift/router to HAProxy where it will be used by ssl-default-bind-curves
