As a cluster-admin, I want to know when I create a Gateway resource if it was able to publish DNSRecords and create a LoadBalancer the same way I do with ingress controller

As Gateway resources can have multiple conditions set by different controllers, one enhancement that can be added is to reflect the current infrastructure status on a Gateway resource the same way we do with Ingress Controller.

As this can change can bring new information to Gateway resource that are not provided by OSSM/Istio, but instead by our controllers, creating an enhancement proposal is desired so, even this not being an API change, it is documented the implementation goal and risks
