Build application and component manifests for 3 ALBO containers: aws-load-balancer-controller (operand), aws-load-balancer-operator (operator) and aws-load-balancer-operator-bundle (OLM bundle). 
 

Requirements

• Konflux GitHub app needs to be installed in openshift/aws-load-balancer-controller and openshift/aws-load-balancer-operator repositories in order to trigger pipeline runs for the changes in the source repository.
• New Containerfiles should be added for the operand and operator images. The base and builder images as well as the building commands should be taken (whenever possible) from CPaaS to provide compatibility with shipped releases.

Acceptance criteria

• Application and component manifests for the operator and controller are committed into konflux-release-data repository.
• Tekton pipelines are merged into source GitHub repositories.
• Build pipelines are green with no warnings.
