Epic Goal

Add tcpLogFormat and httpsLogFormat options to the IngressController API.

Why is this important?

The existing httpLogFormat option doesn't allow logging TLS-specific options for HTTPS connections. A specific httpsLogFormat option is required for this purpose. A tcpLogFormat provides a consistent way to configure log messages for TLS connections prior to TLS termination.
