We need to update the rhaos-4.18-rhel-9 branch to match the rhaos-4.17-rhel-9 branch, something along the lines of git push origin rhaos-4.17-rhel-9:rhaos-4.18-rhel-9.

We might want to update Release in haproxy.spec to 4.18 as well.
